Jennifer Cowgill

I received my Real Estate License from Washington State Licensing in April of 1999. I began selling real estate full time in the Mediterranean Villas in June of 2002. In September of 2006, I took the next step in my real estate education and received my Broker's License. Currently, I am the Managing Broker for Referred Real Estate, the small office with big results! Throughout my continuing education, I have taken courses in Real Estate Law, Real Estate Brokerage, and Business Management.

In April of 2007 I received my EcoBroker designation. As an EcoBroker, I understand the importance of energy-efficiency, sustainable design, healthier environments, comfort and value. Becoming an EcoBroker is something I am especially proud of as I am personally concerned with the environmental impact new construction has on our planet. I am also excited to be one of two EcoBrokers in our area!

I continued my education by achieving my Senior Real Estate Specialist designation in November of 2007. The active adult market is the fastest growing segment of the housing industry today and into the foreseeable future. Achieving this designation allows me to expand my extensive experience with maturing adults and learn more about aging in place design modifications, marketing, and technical knowledge so that I can better serve my clients in this demographic.

With my extensive experience in new home construction, getting your home ready to sell, pricing your home competitively, relocating and resizing, as well as my green building knowledge, you can rest assured that you are getting complete real estate service. I am especially proud of the fact that Referred Real Estate has grown into a full service Real Estate Firm! Since 2000, we have assisted over 70 Homeowners in the Tri-Cities sell their homes! Jessica Johnson joined the Kennewick office of Referred Real Estate in 2003 and offers both an outstanding level of real estate knowledge and an exceptional level of professionalism. Jessica is a licensed real estate agent and has participated in a range of real estate transactions which are predominantly residential new construction and TownHomes in Franklin County. Jessica has lived in Tri-Cities since 1991 and has a home in Kennewick where she and her family relax and enjoy their home, swimming and enjoying the outstanding Tri-City climate.
